Stereotypes are images or idea that pass through the head of a person when thinking of a certain social group. This image are relationship with the charactherictics that identified them socal group.

For example:

The peru people are associated with the Indian people because in the area of ​​Peru thera a lot tribes.

But this stereotypes is not correct, because not all people in peru belong to tribes.

The problem with the sterrotypes is that these present an image that is far from to reality, bucause this is a concept may that is not true. The stereotypical are dificult to eliiminate and these may generate some cases of discriminations.

The stereotypical can be of differents kinds, for exampre religions, policies or racial among others.
